Access FS Live Chat on a Mobile Device

Follow these steps to access live chat via the FS mobile interface:
  1. Log in to the SmarterTrack mobile interface as an agent. 
  2. Select Chats.
  3. Select My Live Chats.
  4. The employee will have access to their active\inactive chats and can send\receive messages accordingly.
